Bless my wonderful Mother. She came through with
aplomb. The directions arrived in plenty of time.
The Suet Pudding was delicious. I could not imagine
Thanksgiving dinner without one. The lemon sauce I made
was delicious and our guests loved it and the pudding.
Thanks Mom, you helped make our day perfect!

How fun that you still have this letter,recipes and instruction from Granny. I liked the part that said if the hole was too big place a piece of bread over the opening. Granny was full of tricks in the kitchen. I need to try and make some suet pudding with lemon sauce. The lemon sauce was always my favorite!
